Refunds – Due to the nature of our work (digital products and services), refunds are only issued if the service has not yet begun or if no deliverables have been provided.

Cancellations – You may cancel a project prior to commencement for a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.

Custom Work – All custom design, development, and marketing services are non-refundable once delivered.
