• Delivery of Services – Project deliverables, files, and assets are sent electronically via email, secure cloud storage, or your client portal.

• Turnaround Time – Timelines are agreed upon before work begins and vary depending on project scope.

• Access Issues – If you do not receive your deliverables within the agreed timeline, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
